We're writing to inform you of an important update regarding our membership management system. As you know, we've experienced ongoing issues with email delivery, with many messages ending up in spam folders or not being delivered at all. Despite our efforts to resolve these problems with our current provider, we haven't seen a satisfactory solution.

Therefore, we've decided to switch to a new, more reliable membership management system. This transition will hopefully improve our communication and ensure you receive important updates promptly.

What this means for you:

• Seamless Transition: Over the next week, we'll transfer your basic membership information and current expiration date to the new system.
• Account Setup: You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password and update your profile.
• Auto-Pay Re-Setup: If you're currently on auto-pay, you'll need to re-enter your payment details in the new system. (Please note: We only have access to the last four digits of your card for verification purposes, so we cannot transfer this information.)
• Membership Plan Selection: Upon your current membership expiration, you'll be prompted to select your preferred plan (1-year or 3-year). Initially, all members will be placed on a generic plan that only includes the current expiration date.
• Improved Website: The new system includes a redesigned website, offering an enhanced user experience.
• Cost Savings: The new system is more cost-effective, resulting in savings for our club.

We understand that transitions can sometimes be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. We're confident that this change will lead to a more efficient and reliable communication system.
